    Frequently asked questions

    What will I actually get paid?
    Whatever the rate card comes to once we have counted your box. Shipping is on us, so nothing comes off it.
    Do I have to sort them?
    No. Most buyers pay less for unsorted bulk because sorting is their cost; ours is done by the scanner. Sorting your box first changes nothing except your evening.
    Who pays the shipping?
    We do. Your offer comes with a prepaid label. Print it, tape it to the box, and drop it off. You are never out of pocket.
    What if my count is wrong?
    It does not need to be right. We count everything when the box arrives and pay you for what is actually there.
    What if there is something valuable in there?
    The list and the scans show you everything that was in the box, including anything you didn't know you had. If you think something is genuinely valuable, pull it and sell it separately.
    Which cards do you take?
    Near mint English Pokémon, any set, any era. Played cards, other languages, and other games are not counted. Everything else is on the rate card.
    How long does it take?
    Your offer will tell you. We are not quoting a standard turnaround yet.
